We work with our clients through the entire design process. Starting with simple concept sketches all the way to choosing that perfect light fixture. It has always been our goal to design and build timeless and cohesive homes that make sense inside and out. Below we showcase some of the projects we have had the privilege to work on.

The Team

Cardinal Crest was established in the summer of 2011. Since then we have completed over 75 projects and have quickly established our name as a true custom home builder capable of designing and building a wide variety of styles and designs. We pride ourselves on being a custom home builder that provides true custom experiences. From the in house architectural services, to the step by step interior design consulting, we strive to make the home building process memorable. Utilizing the newest technologies we can put as much emphasis on the aesthetics as the structural components to ensure a quality built home.

We enjoyed working with Cardinal Crest Homes for the building of our new home. The builders were able to meet with us when requested. We really appreciated the weekly updates on BuilderTrend. CCH is truly a custom home builder and they were excited to think outside the box on ideas, when we had requests. We had wanted to build our dream home for a few years, but it can be very scary to put years of savings into a new construction, and also into the hands of a builder who may or may not be able to make it all happen. Therefore, we were delighted to finally meet Joe and Adam, who had been recommended to us by several of our acquaintances. They impressed us with the combination of their work experience, both were college educated and certified architects, and they had a creative eye for detail. The construction process itself is both exciting and overwhelming. It’s exhilarating to watch the house come together! Each stage brought us closer to having our home. However, there are thousands of small details we had never considered - from light fixtures and the location of light switches, to the size, color and shape of a knob on a drawer. Thankfully, they were able to reduce and simplify our workload, both through computer visualizations and other programs to help us with each decision. As the house progressed, it looked just like the computer 3-D modeling! Even though we still had a couple minor changes, they were very accommodating to make those changes happen. Likewise, their creative input was very beneficial, as their artistic influence helped put the finishing touches on a solid architectural design. They also understood how to make our budget go further, and gave us inputs where we could save money, and areas that would really make a difference. And it did! Our house is spectacular inside and out, and yet our utilities are less than what they were in our previous house, which was half the size. They are truly unique builders - they have a strong architectural foundation coupled with an artistic flair, and the result is that our home is both solid and well-built, and more beautiful than we had imagined!
