Basic layout In the preliminary drawings we are just beginning to get the house layout figured out. In this phase you might know you want your master on the first floor, and that you want your closet to face the front of the house, but you are still figuring out kitchen layout. These elements are now drawn out during this phase and visualized in 2D and 3D plans.
Basic 3D Walkthroughs and Images During this stage we like to provide you with videos and images with computer animations of your home. So you can feel that flow, and lay out you have been dreaming of in your space. This gives you and us the advantage of seeing your home in 3D as it will be built, so you do not have to struggle through hard to read 2D plans.
STYLE CONSIDERATION SESSION

Finish drawings By this time in the process, your home’s construction documents will be complete. We will walk you through ever corner of your house and go through the construction schedule and how your home will be built, brick by brick.
